NSA response on CESR Consultation Paper on inducements
The NSA submitted its response on 21 December 2009. NSA does not for the time being recognize any urgent call for further guidance on the MIFID regulation on inducements. The CESR approach constitutes a very detailed regime adding unnecessary complexity.
